Gbenga Adenuga believes that life is a gift and should be used as one. This inspires his love for people and grooming them into greatness.

Having had an interesting list of experiences from starting innumerable initiatives and his extensive traveling, his altruistic drive to share these experiences and the tricks of business he has learnt over the years with young persons needing guidance and modeling, which maifested as HEADROOM in Abuja back in 2010, metamorphosed into CSBG AFRICA - Creating solutions for Business Growth which he began in 2019.

The mission of this initiative is to drive innovation, and entrepreneurship advancement, and promote economic growth in Africa through a reorientation of mindsets using the nonconventional mediums of events and entertainment. Since its inception, it has directly impacted over 1000 young business owners and professionals in Nigeria.

This initiative is sold out to encourage incentives towards financial freedom which Gbenga believes is possible to achieve having done so himself, without attending a business school.

A philanthropist at heart, Gbenga Adenuga's core values encompass integrity, straightforwardness, hard work, excellence, and empathy for people.

He demystifies greatness, believing in the innate ability of everyone to reach their God-ordained heights.

He hopes to travel Africa bringing light to its populace and teaching the tricks of business towards financial freedom. For now, he is transversed between Europe and Nigeria.
